You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance, subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures.
